Returns and Exchanges
We would like to make your shopping experience with us as delightful as possible. Should you wish to return an item to us, you can do so but please ensure your return package reaches us within 28 days of receiving your original order.
We can’t offer an exchange on returned items. However, you can send the item back for a refund and then place a new order for the color or item you’d prefer.
Items should be returned new, unused, and with the CHOU & CHOU garment tag still attached. The CHOU & CHOU gift box, CHOU & CHOU dust bag, and any other CHOU & CHOU packaging should be included in your return as well.
We'll refund the price you paid for your item. Please note that the original shipping fee, any taxes and duties incurred, and the return shipping cost will not be reimbursed.
The package remains your responsibility until it reaches us - remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your package is lost on the way to us, you’ll have proof that you did send it. Also pay attention to securely reseal the original CHOU & CHOU package so the items (including the original CHOU & CHOU gift box) will not be damaged on the way.
There's no need to let us know you're returning something, simply print out the returns form available below and fill in the form with the requested details.
Put the completed return form along with your returned items in the original package from CHOU & CHOU, securely seal the package, and send it off with your chosen postal service.

It can usually take up to 21 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your return to be delivered back to us in Belgium, depending on your location and which postal service you use.
We’ll send you an email once we receive your return in its original condition. We'll then refund your original payment method - usually within 2 working days of receiving your returned items.
It can then take up to 10 working days for the funds to appear back in your account depending on your bank or card issuer.
Please ensure your returned order is securely packed. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

Damaged goods
In the unlikely event of receiving your order damaged, we will offer you a replacement with the same color. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Colors
We strive to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on CHOU & CHOU. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
